Our soaps are natural, handmade in our workshop with high quality ingredients and are never chemically dyed.
They have a shelf life of generally 6 months to 1 year if kept in a cool, dry place.
Shea butter is an African treasure with exceptional properties, Butyrospermum parkii.
It is produced from the fruits of the shea tree (naturally fatty kernels) which are roasted and ground into a thick paste.
Shea butter is known for its moisturising, repairing, softening and smoothing properties. It is particularly rich in oleic acid and stearic acid. It also contains natural antioxidants (vitamins A and E).
Shea butter deeply moisturises and nourishes the skin. As a UV protector, shea butter is particularly important in summer, as it also soothes skin irritations, e.g. from sunburn. It also prolongs the tan and helps the skin to retain its elasticity.
Soothing and softening, shea butter prevents irritation and nourishes dry areas of the face.
Regenerating, it also helps to heal chapped skin. In winter, shea butter moisturises and protects the skin from the elements. It also helps to maintain its elasticity. Shea butter is therefore valuable in all seasons.
All our soaps are 5% overfatted to ensure soft and perfectly moisturised skin.
Our main concern is to design quality soaps that meet European standards. All our products undergo toxicological testing and are registered on the European CPNP portal.
